Message	and get it into the stiches then after about 1/2 hr buff with a soft clean towel. Couple times a year should do it especially if car parked in the sun. I have not used the product you note, mink oil is very inexpensive and easy to do. For fabric only vacuum. If soiled a spot cleaner is needed. There are many good brands out there.
